Fees

What does all this cost you? We will not charge you a fee where we receive commission from the lender. Where we don’t receive commission from the lender we charge a fee of £295.00 or 0.25% of the loan amount whichever is the greater. Basically you will get a choice whether or not to pay a fee. This fee is payable upon completion of the mortgage and can be added to the loan amount if you prefer. We do not charge a fee for arranging life and general insurance.
Please note there are NO FEES payable at the outset.
